Customizing Report Settings for Enhanced Personalization and Branding
The report settings function allows users to customize the default report settings from the OIBIS defaults to match their company's branding and individual preferences. This enables every user in the company to personalize their report formats, ensuring consistency with corporate standards while also tailoring reports to meet their specific needs for readability and usability.
A user with the required permission can update the company's default report settings

A user with access to "Account settings" can click on the settings icon, which opens the settings panel.

Click to adjust the row height of the results for the specific report element as it would appear on the PDF report.

Click to italicize the text of the results for the specific report element as it would appear on the PDF report.

Click to bold the text of the results for the specific report element as it would appear on the PDF report.
Click to colorize the text of the results for the specific report element as it would appear on the PDF report.
A user can update their own general report settings based off of their company's report settings

A user can click on the settings icon to open the settings panel.

Besides the settings per report element, the user can also set the page size, which defaults to "Letter".
A user can update the report settings for their current report based off of their default report settings
