Enter your username and temporary password that was emailed to you.
Enter a permanent password that satisfies password requirements.
Enter answers to the list of security questions.
You will be logged into the default landing page, which is the timesheet Week view.
Once logged in, you will be presented with the "Welcome" panel that contains short videos of how to get started.
Once you close the "Welcome" panel, you will be presented with a number of context sensitive help panels that introduces you to the main functionality on each page.
On your third attempt to log in with incorrect credentials, your account will be locked for 5 minutes.
If, after the 5 minutes has lapsed, you once again attempt to log in with incorrect credentials more than twice, your account will be locked for 10 minutes.
If, after the 10 minutes has lapsed, you once again attempt to log in with incorrect credentials more than twice, your account will be blocked, requiring you to contact your administrator to assist you with unblocking your account.
After clicking the "FORGOT PASSWORD" button on the login page, you will be presented with a "Forgot password" panel requiring you to insert your registered email address and then click the "RESET PASSWORD" button, after which you will be presented with a "Password reset" panel confirming that a temporary password has been sent to your email address.
After logging in with your username and temporary password, you will be required to answer three randomly selected security questions.
If you submit incorrect answers on your third attempt, your account will be blocked requiring you to contact your administrator to unblock your account.
After answering your security questions correctly, you will be prompted to enter a new password, which has to be different to the last 5 passwords used.
After entering a valid new password, you will be presented with a "Saved successfully" panel and you will receive a email confirming that your password has changed.
Yes, if you are associated with a role that has the "User can maintain account settings" permission set to true, you can switch off 2FA under "Account settings".

The administrator will initiate the password and security question reset process, which will send you an email containing an OTP (One Time Pin) for verification purposes.
You will provide the administrator with the OTP from the email you received.
After entering the OTP, the administrator will be able to initiate your password and/or security questions reset process.
After the reset process has been initiated, you will receive an email with further instructions.
After logging into your OIBIS account, click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of your screen.
Select "Security settings" from the options available to you.
Enter your password and click the "VERIFY" button.
On the "Security settings" sidenav enter a new password and/or enter answers to security questions.
Once done, click the "SAVE" button to save your changes.
