Enter an appropriate name for your report and then scroll down.

Select the "Resources who submitted timesheets late" checkbox as indicated. This defaults to all users, however, you can select specific users if you so wish by scrolling up and clicking the selector icon for "Users" and searching for the users you are interested in.

Click the save icon, which will save your report and redirect you to the reports management screen.

Notice your new report under the folder you selected.

To run your report, double-click the report or right-click the report and select the "Run" option.
