Accessible Help and Support
The Help Center in OIBIS can be accessed through the user's profile settings dropdown. When selected, a right-hand side-panel opens, featuring a "Reset context help" checkbox that re-enables all context-sensitive help until the user opts to skip it again. The panel also includes explainer video thumbnails, which play the respective videos when clicked. This feature ensures that users have quick access to helpful resources and guidance, enhancing their overall experience and support within the platform.

A user clicks "Help center" to reset context sensitive help and access OIBIS explainer videos.

Reset your context sensitive help by checking the checkbox and then clicking the "DONE" button.
As you enter text the list of explainer videos will be filtered accordingly.

Click an explainer video's thumbnail, to play the video.
