Centralized Insights with OIBIS Dashboard
The OIBIS Dashboard is a powerful tool designed to centralize essential information, making it easily accessible to users. With seven permission-based widgets, the dashboard provides detailed insights into time tracking, user activity, project status, and subscription management. This centralized visibility allows users to quickly identify trends, track performance, and manage resources effectively, ultimately enhancing productivity and ensuring smooth operations.
A user with the required permissions can view one or more dashboard widgets

Widgets automatically refresh after 5 minutes. Click the Refresh icon to refresh the contents of a widget immediately.
Click the Ellipses icon to edit parameters relating to the widget, or to remove the widget from the dashboard screen.

Click and drag the widget to a different location on the dashboard screen.
Click the search icon of a dashboard widget to filter the list of users on that widget.
Time logged
This widget displays the hours logged by users over a selected period. It helps managers monitor productivity and ensures that project timelines are being adhered to.
Currently logged in
This widget shows users who are currently logged into OIBIS, including their current time and time zone abbreviation. It provides real-time visibility into active users, facilitating better coordination and communication across different time zones.
Late submissions
This widget tracks users who submitted their timesheets late over a selected period. It highlights compliance issues, allowing managers to address delays and reinforce timely submissions.
Last time entry captured
This widget displays the last timesheet entry captured by all users of the company. It helps ensure that time tracking is up-to-date and identifies potential gaps in reporting.
Frequency of time entries
This widget shows the number of timesheet entries captured by users over a selected period, with green indicating at least one entry per workday. It provides insights into the consistency of time tracking, helping managers identify and address irregularities.
Active projects with no activity
This widget lists active projects that have had no activity over a selected period. It helps managers identify stalled projects, enabling them to take corrective action to keep projects on track.
Subscriptions and billing
This widget displays subscription details and invoices within the company's current year. It provides a clear overview of subscription status and financial obligations, ensuring that billing is up-to-date and accurate.
