Custom Reports
Easily configure a multitude of reports to meet every need
Configure a report that contains the number of hours logged by each user across all clients and all their projects, grouped by client then by project.

Right-click a folder and select the option to add a report to the folder, which will open the report configurator.

For this report, capture a report name, which automatically copies the name as the report's title that will appear on the report. Select the projects and users checkboxes, which automatically sets the fields to select all of the data. You can click the selector icon to search for and select specific data. Based on your previous selections, you can change the grouping order of the report. You can select a reporting period or accept the default, which will report on the last month.

You can click the dropdown for more parameters to refine your report further until you satisfy your exact needs.
You can modify the report's attributes, which defaults to your selected report settings.

Preview your report by generating a PDF of your report.
Download a CSV file of your report to confirm that it meets with your requirements.

Save your report by clicking the save icon, which saves your report and returns you to the report management screen.
